1. Introduction

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information required by the registration form. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. cbv999 will never request your full password by email, telephone or live chat. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4.3 Account Currency

Accounts are denominated in the currency available in the cashier at the time of registration. PKR-denominated figures referenced on this Platform are illustrative of the currency context familiar to Pakistani users; actual available currencies are confirmed in the cashier section. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has not been logged into for a period specified by the Operator (typically 12 months) may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to inactivity fees as set out in the Operator's dormancy policy, which will be communicated to Users before any fee is applied. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

5.1 Required Documents

5.2 Document Submission Requirements

You must never alter, obscure, crop, edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate and permanent Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, winnings arising from a bonus offer may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms. Any amount exceeding the cap may be removed before withdrawal is processed.

9. Betting Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

cbv999 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed to the User and a Bet ID is issued. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance until confirmed.

9.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If a bet is offered or accepted due to a manifest error in odds (including technical errors, pricing errors or situations where odds offered are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market rates), cbv999 reserves the right to void such bets, regardless of whether the event has settled. Users who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their Accounts reviewed and suspended.

9.5 Settlement of Bets

In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, cbv999's decision — based on official data sources and the applicable rules — is final.

10. Responsible Gambling

cbv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a specified play duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a longer-term or permanent restriction on your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, reporting to relevant authorities and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbv999 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials and design elements — is the property of cbv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from cbv999.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Platform Availability

cbv999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. cbv999 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or technical failures, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of cbv999.

13.2 Gambling Losses

All gambling carries inherent financial risk. cbv999 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users. Users gamble entirely at their own risk. No claim for gambling losses will be entertained on the basis that the User was unaware of the financial risks involved, except in cases where a self-exclusion or cooling-off request was not processed within a reasonable timeframe through no fault of the User.

13.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbv999's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

13.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold cbv999, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, penalties, fines or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by cbv999

cbv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or AML concerns, abusive behaviour toward support staff, regulatory requirements or commercial decisions of the Operator. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than User fault, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method.

14.2 Termination by User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed after any outstanding bet settlements are completed. Any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights that may apply to Users under their local law.

In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact cbv999 support to seek resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, Users may escalate to any dispute resolution mechanism available under the Operator's licensing framework, as applicable. This clause does not constitute legal advice; Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel where required.

16. Amendments to These Terms

cbv999 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. For material changes that affect existing Users' rights or obligations, cbv999 will provide advance notice via registered email or a prominent on-Platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of the cbv999 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 14.2 above.
